Contractor Participation Terms
Eligibility
Companies and sole traders may register where they lawfully provide the services they list. Not every trade needs the same registrations; where a registration, certificate or CIDB grading is legally required for the work, you must hold it.
Accurate information
You must keep your business details, services, areas and credentials accurate and up to date.
Verification
Submitting information does not make a business "Verified". BuildItS.A may check selected details. A Verified badge means only that our team checked the details we state we checked at that time; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.
Your work
You are responsible for your own quotations, contracts, insurance, compliance, health and safety, and the quality of your work.
Contact details
Customer contact details are shared only after the customer approves your introduction, and only for that project. You must not harvest, sell, share or use them for any other purpose, including unsolicited marketing.
Fees
Registration and expressions of interest are free at launch. No lead or introduction fees apply.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove businesses for misleading information, harassment, fraud, misuse of contact details or repeated complaints.
