Privacy notice
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, project location, project details, preferred timing, budget range and any files you upload. We also record how you found our website (for example, campaign information in the web address).
Why we use it
We use your information to review your requirements and connect you with the relevant specialist company, and to follow up on your enquiry.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your enquiry and contact details with the relevant company — Hasteway Constructions for construction, Bentley Beams for lintels, or our Kitchens & Furniture business — so that they can contact you about a quotation. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your name, phone number, email or enquiry details to analytics tools.
How we protect it
Enquiries and uploaded files are stored securely and can only be accessed by authorised BuildItS.A administrators.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing.
